DONATE TO AN ORPHANAGE
Opening the Door to Music for Uganda’s Orphaned Children
Picture a quiet dorm in a Kampala orphanage.
Beds lined up, shoes at the door, but no sound except rain on tin.
No radio, no guitar, no piano — nothing.
The kids who live there — maybe ten, fifteen, twenty — have lost parents, homes, futures.
Music? That’s for other people.
Now imagine tomorrow:
one solid keyboard rolls in on our delivery truck.
The matron plugs it in, the first kid taps C, then E, then G.
Within days the whole dorm is humming scales after lights-out.
Within weeks the shyest girl is teaching chords to her little brother.
Within a year one of them is good enough to play for Sunday service, earning smiles instead of stares.
That is not fantasy. It is what happens when a real instrument lands in hands that never held one.
We want a piano — or any decent instrument — in every orphanage across Uganda.
Not one per country. One per home.
So every orphan, every village, every forgotten child gets the same gift regular kids get: an instrument.
It sharpens focus, builds discipline, builds self-confidence, gives them a skill they can sell when they age out — piano lessons, church gigs, wedding bands.
But more than money, it gives them joy, a voice, proof that they are capable, have potential and are worth something.
Donate through our store.
Pick the orphanage, pick the instrument, add your name to the plaque.
Pianos are preferred because they are universal, sturdy and long lasting work horses that can take orphanages for much longer but a portable piano, keyboard or guitar will also do.
We deliver (Free of charge), tune if needed, take pictures, send them back.
Let some child’s first hit on the keys be your name in sound.
Be the reason an orphan plays louder than their past.
